4. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create and upload, including text, images, and other materials (“User Content”).
By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, host, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You agree not to upload content that:

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions:

- Are processed through Apple’s App Store.
All purchases are subject to Apple’s payment policies. Refunds must be requested through Apple.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, designs, and software related to Bucketly (excluding User Content) are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our content.
- Reverse engineer the application.
- Use our branding without written permission.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
- Upload malware or harmful code.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account through the app settings.
